Description

This is the second Xerocraft table saw safety class to be given by Mr. Ken Tower. Ken taught high school wood shop for 30 years. This second class will focus on recognizing and correcting common safety issues while cross cutting lumber on the table saw.

No prerequisites are required to attend this class.

This is important traing regardless of your current table saw skill level. We would like all Xerocraft staffers to attend these safety classes. It is important to recognize and correct safety concerns as soon as we see them. It is incorrect to assume that the SawStop table saw is inherently safe due to its built-in safety features. The purpose of this training session is to provide all staff members with sufficient knowledge to recognize and correct unsafe table saw practices. We have many guests coming in to the Xerocraft wood shop and some of them have very little table saw experience. Please attend if you can. Your participation is important to the future of Xerocraft.

Let's all work together to make Xerocraft a safe place to build our projects.
